We are looking for a positive, driven person to help lead our team. As a Shift Leader, you will work in a fast-paced environment where we value care, humility, excellence, and ownership. You will grow both personally and professionally while helping others do the same.
Schedule: Must be flexible, including Saturdays and holidays. Preferred availability: 5:AM-11 PM. (pay rate based on experience and availability)
What You Will Do:
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Keep things running smoothly and solve problems as they arise
- Make sure customers have a great experience
- Help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized
- Work with managers to improve how we operate
